Want to sign up for a spinning class but have lots of questions? We've put together a list of the most frequently asked questions to help you feel more confident and know what to expect.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, you don't! We will be happy to lend you all the necessary equipment right at the studio. This includes special spinning shoes that are compatible with our bikes, a towel, and water. After the class, you can take a shower in our fully equipped changing rooms and use Rituals or Dyson products.
Do you accept MultiSport cards?
Unfortunately, we do not accept MultiSport cards. However, we offer various discounted lesson packages and special promotions for students.
How long does a lesson last?
One spinning lesson lasts 45 minutes. However, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start so that you have time to adjust your bike and get ready for the ride.
Do I need to book in advance?
It is not necessary, but we recommend booking your lesson in advance through our booking system to ensure there is space available.
What if I have no experience with spinning?
No problem! Our instructors will show you how to set up your bike correctly and explain the basics so you can enjoy the lesson to the fullest.
Can I choose my instructor?
Yes, in the booking system you will find an overview of all lessons, including information about who will be teaching the lesson.
In the About Us section, you will find an introduction to each instructor, as well as an interview with them on our blog.
